Standard support & maintenance
• Phone Support
• Unlimited online support
• Response time within 3 business days
• Comprehensive self-help support and training site and FAQ’s
• New software releases including updates and bug fixes
• On-site support at reduced rates (£600 per day, ex VAT)
• Reduced labour rates on product returns not covered under product defects warranty
• Option to purchase extended warranty
Out of hours support
• Available to purchase by customer with valid standard support and maintenance contract (as detailed above).
• Remote support outside of normal business hours as per our support response commitment (access to the customer server is a pre-requisite and mandatory)
Extended hardware warranty
• Hardware warranty extended to either two or three years from the start of standard warranty.
• Covers parts and labour to repair or replace faulty Digital Barriers hardware devices

*Our Standard Support and Maintenance is automatically included in all quotations for DB Hardware and Software, for one (1) year as standard. Hardware devices are also supplied with one (1) year warranty as defined in DB Standard Conditions of Sales unless its requested not to be included. Thereafter, Extended Hardware Warranty and/or additional year(s) Support & Maintenance are available.
DB will be happy to provide a quotation for extended standard support services, out of hours support and or extended warranty on hardware on request.
